It’s Theo’s World began when Theodor reached for books with real images—revealing what so many young children crave: a connection and understanding of the world as it truly is. That simple moment sparked a big question: Why are so many children’s books filled with cartoons or animals in pajamas, when real animals and nature offer so many opportunities for learning and connection?
Our mission is to rethink children’s literature—grounding early learning in real-world understanding and connection, not make-believe.
